1. Online Reservation Only

Our website is used for online reservation requests only. No payment is collected through the website during the booking process.

After your reservation request is received, our team will review the details and confirm your booking according to availability.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is not considered fully confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from Karmet Travel.

Confirmation may be sent via WhatsApp, email, phone call, or another communication method provided during the reservation process.

3. Payment Methods

Payment is accepted on the day of the tour or transfer.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash payment
  • Credit card payment
  • Bank transfer

Payment details and available payment options will be confirmed by our team before or during the service.

4. No Online Payment

Karmet Travel does not request or collect online payment through the website reservation form.

If payment is required in advance for a specific tour, our team will inform you directly and provide the necessary payment details.

5. Prices and Currency

Tour prices may vary depending on the tour type, season, number of participants, hotel location, and service details.

The final price will be confirmed by Karmet Travel before the tour date.

6. Pick-up and Drop-off Service

For tours that include hotel transfer, pick-up and drop-off service will be arranged according to your hotel or meeting point location.

The exact pick-up time will be shared with you before the tour. Pick-up times may change depending on traffic, hotel location, and daily operation planning.

7. Customer Responsibility for Pick-up Time

Customers must be ready at the confirmed pick-up point at the scheduled time.

Karmet Travel is not responsible for delays, missed tours, or cancellations caused by the customer being late or not being present at the agreed pick-up location.

8. Weather Conditions

Some tours and activities may be affected by weather conditions.

If the weather is not suitable for the tour, Karmet Travel may change the reservation date, reschedule the tour, or update the booking according to the customer’s requested date and availability.

9. Date Changes by the Company

Karmet Travel reserves the right to update or change the tour date due to weather conditions, safety reasons, operational requirements, sea conditions, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, our team will contact the customer and offer the most suitable alternative date.

10. Date Change Requests by the Customer

Customers may request a date change before the tour date.

Date change requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Karmet Travel.

11. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.

For most tours, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date may be accepted without cancellation charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.

Some tours may have different cancellation rules depending on the provider, season, or activity type.

12. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the agreed pick-up point or meeting location without prior notice, the reservation may be considered a no-show.

In case of a no-show, the customer may lose the right to join the tour or request a refund.

13. Tour Program Changes

Karmet Travel reserves the right to make changes to the tour program, route, duration, pick-up time, or order of activities when necessary.

Such changes may be made due to weather conditions, traffic, safety reasons, operational planning, or circumstances beyond our control.

14. Included Services

Details such as hotel transfer, lunch, entrance fees, guide service, equipment, drinks, or insurance will be listed on the relevant tour page.

Customers are responsible for checking the included and not included services before making a reservation.

15. Not Included Services

Any service not clearly mentioned as included on the tour page is considered not included.

Personal expenses, extra drinks, optional activities, photos, videos, and private expenses may not be included unless clearly stated.

16. Travel Insurance and Activity Insurance

All tours include insurance coverage within the scope of the relevant tour operation.

Insurance coverage may vary depending on the type of tour, activity, and service provider. Customers must follow all safety instructions during the tour to remain within the scope of the insurance conditions.

17. Health and Safety

Customers are responsible for informing Karmet Travel before the tour if they have any health condition, pregnancy, disability, mobility issue, allergy, or medical concern that may affect participation.

Some tours may not be suitable for guests with certain health conditions.

18. Safety Instructions

Customers must follow the instructions given by the guide, driver, captain, instructor, or tour staff.

Karmet Travel reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a customer from the tour if their behavior may endanger themselves, other guests, or staff.

19. Children and Families

Children must be accompanied by an adult during the tour.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children throughout the service.

20. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.

Karmet Travel is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal items.

21. Vehicle and Transport Conditions

Transfer vehicles may vary depending on the tour type, group size, location, and daily operation planning.

Karmet Travel aims to provide safe and comfortable transportation for all customers.

22. Delays and Force Majeure

Karmet Travel is not responsible for delays or service changes caused by traffic, accidents, road closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

23. Photos and Videos

During some tours, photos or videos may be taken by the tour team or third-party providers.

Professional photos and videos may be offered as an optional extra and may not be included in the tour price unless clearly stated.

Karmet Travel may contact customers via WhatsApp, phone, email, or SMS regarding reservation confirmation, pick-up time, date changes, payment details, or operational updates.

Customers are responsible for checking their communication channels before the tour date.

27. Agreement

By making a reservation with Karmet Travel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
